Appoint a Parish Appeal Coordinator

Long-term success of the ACTS in each parish is contingent upon the involvement of laity in conducting, promoting and managing the appeal.  The appeal coordinator helps to bring the appeal to a successful beginning and ending, assists in recruiting the lay presenter, processes the pledge cards, coordinates various aspects of In-Pew Appeal Weekend,  handles the endorsement letter mailing (if used), and generates pastor thank-you letters to parishioners (if used). The Parish Appeal Coordinator could be a member of the parish staff and should be an enthusiastic leader.
